Mastermind19 is invitation-only. Members are invited by the club — if you’ve received an invitation email, tap Set Up Your Account inside it to get started. Interested in joining? Reach out through mastermind19.com.

On the sign-in page, enter your email and tap Forgot password? to receive a reset link. If your original invitation link has expired, email us and we’ll send a fresh one.

Email us with the trip name or the approximate date of the charge and we’ll take care of it. Your full transaction history is available in the app under Wallet.

Guests invited on a trip get their own app access for the event — check your email for an invite from Mastermind19. Your access begins ahead of the trip and includes the event group chat and scorecards. Questions? Ask your host or email us.

Email us with what you were doing, what happened, and your device model — screenshots help. Make sure you’re on the latest version of the app from TestFlight or the App Store.
